Porter Partners with area YMCA's
to Promote Wellness

An expanded roster of wellness and community education programs hosted by Porter Health System are providing residents of Porter County with additional health opportunities close to home.

Porter has placed Community Health Nurses at the Duneland and Valparaiso YMCA's. The Community Health Nurses are available to answer your health and wellness questions and provide screenings and referrals for health conditions.

Screenings and programs for November 2011, December 2011 and January 2012.
