You may contact the hospital operator at 219-983-8300 and ask to speak to the Patient Advocate during business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. You may also contact the Patient Advocate directly by calling
219-983-8595. After hours or weekends, call the hospital operator and ask to speak to the House Supervisor.
