Dr. Kobak is a graduate of Northwestern University in Illinois, and completed his pre-medical studies at Loyola University in Chicago and received his medical degree from Indiana School of Medicine. Dr. Kobak completed his obstetrics/gynecology residency at Southern California Medical Center and his Advanced Pelvic Surgery/Urogynecology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

Dr. Kobak is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as the National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Kobak has been performing minimally invasive surgical procedures using the daVinci Robotic Surgical System since September 2008.
