Outpatient Surgery
Modern and attractive, our outpatient surgery area features the most advanced surgical and anesthetic equipment available. We have two operating rooms and recovery rooms staffed by well-qualified and caring nurses and technicians.
Women's Imaging Center
Designed with the busy woman in mind, the Woman's Imaging Center offers weekday, evening and Saturday hours and a full range of services in an easy-to-find first floor location.
Digital Mammography - Ultrasounds - Bone Densitometry (DEXA)
Emergency Services / Fast Track
From a minor cut or sore throat to a major trauma, our very active ER is available 24-hours a day. 365 days a year. Staffed with physicians who specialize in emergency medicine and well-trained nurses, we offer ten emergency beds, three trauma rooms and three fast track rooms.
Laboratory
Equipped with the latest instrumentation and staffed by excellent technicians, our full service lab provides routine and specialty tests promptly. We strive to provide same day (24-hour) results to your physician on most tests.
Diagnostic Imaging / MRI / CT
Using state-of-the-art equipment and the skills of experienced technicians, our diagnostic imaging department provides care to patients needing most types of radiologic services, including MRI or CT Scans. Should you have a breast lump or abnormality, we can perform an MRI guided biopsy on site.
Physician Offices
A number of primary care and specialty physicians have their offices at the Portage Hospital. You can easily combine your office visit with many of the routine tests your doctor might order.
In-Patient Rehabilitation Unit
This recently opened 11-bed unit on the Hospital's fourth floor treats patients recovering from a number of illnesses or surgeries and offers around-the-clock care and intensive rehabilitation services.
Porter Partnering with the Portage Township YMCA 
Porter has partnered with the Portage Township YMCA to bring more services to the Portage community. A Porter nurse is available forty hours a week at the Portage YMCA to answer your health and wellness questions and perform blood pressure and other screenings. Porter also brings Healthy Woman, Senior Circle, and educational programs to the Y on a regular basis.
